Part Time • Culture A Day Spa
The Spa Attendant at Culture A Day Spa must be detail oriented and have strong time management and organizational skills.  They assist in providing a positive guest experience by making sure the spa is clean, organized and stocked appropriately. 

·       Hourly position
·       Reports to Assistant Spa Manager/Spa Manager
·       Well-organized, responsive to Management needs
·       Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
 
Policies
  •   Follow all policies and procedures set by Culture A Day Spa
  • Open and/or close Spa at appropriate times and follow appropriate guidelines.
  • Must have a polished appearance per our dress code guidelines (willing to cover any visible tattoos or facial piercings during shift hours; only ear piercings please). Only natural hair colors accepted, unless approved by Spa Manager. Nails must be kept clean; neutral polishes only.
  • Follow and complete all required tasks given my management each shift. 
 
Communication 
  • Ability to follow an agenda and be flexible with daily or last-minute additions or changes. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with managers, team members, guests etc.
  • Interacts agreeably with consideration towards guests and team members.
  •  Ability to communicate with others, while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
 
Relationships/ Qualifications
  • ·Reort to the spa management team
  • Background check required


 
Spa Services/Operation
  • Ensure spa is well maintained to guarantee the highest guest experience. 
  • Assist in serving guest beverages and Amenities Menu orders
  • Maintain locker rooms, lounges, back of house, hallway and keep laundry clean and put away.
  • Ability to anticipate and handle back of house duties.
  • Communicate to Spa Manager and/or ownership for any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention or immediate action.
  • Stock locker room, lounge, dining room and treatment rooms with appropriate amenities such as towels, robes, beverages, snacks, etc.  
  • Empty bins of soiled linen and trash.
  • Clean and remove spots from inside hallways, locker rooms, lounges, saunas, igloo, front desk and dining room. Make sure glass doors & mirrors are clean.
  • Be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk and carry up to 30lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout spa and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
